Long term 1:1 and private yoga groups designed for real transformation. My focus is on building strength, mobility and calm that supports everyday life.
SUP Yoga
Bringing yoga to the water for balance, freedom and fun. SUP Yoga combines mindful movement with the natural flow of the lake, a practise that always ends with laughter.
Outdoors & Wellbeing
From paddle board journeys to writing and speaking, I share the ways nature supports health and resilience. I love collaborating with people and projects that bring the outdoors to more lives
With over a decade of teaching experience, I’ve guided hundreds of students both on and off the water. My work has been featured on BBC Countryfile and in the book Adventures on the Water.
I specialise in creating supportive, long-term relationships with students, and I bring the same care to collaborations, retreats and consulting.
