Yoga, SUP Yoga, Outdoors & Adventures in the Cotswolds
A yoga teacher, SUP Yoga specialist and outdoor enthusiast who is happiest when outdoors, chasing views, exploring wild places and setting out on long -distance paddle board journeys.
I’ve been teaching for over a decade, and I now focus on long-term 1:1s and private yoga groups where I can support people over time and see real transformation. I also specialise in SUP Yoga, bringing the grounding of yoga to the freedom of the water.
My Teaching Journey
Yoga gave me the tools to pause, breathe and build strength through life’s challenges, and paddle boarding opened up a whole new way to connect with nature. Since then, I’ve shared SUP Yoga for more than eight years on lakes across the Cotswolds and the Lake District.

Adventures
Adventure is core to who I am. I’ve paddled, hiked and explored across the UK and beyond.

Hiking challenges in Wales, Switzerland, Scotland & Kilimanjaro
Collaborations & Media
Alongside teaching, I’ve contributed to Jo Moseley’s Adventures on the Water and presented SUP Yoga on BBC Countryfile. I love working with others to share how nature and movement improve wellbeing, and I’m available for speaking, writing and consulting.
A Personal Touch
When I’m not on the mat or the water, I work in estate operations, bringing the same clarity and systems-thinking to managing private estates as I do to teaching yoga. Life at home also revolves around the outdoors, with renovating my house, tending the garden and walking with my spaniel.
Let’s Connect
For yoga, SUP Yoga or collaborations, I’d love to hear from you.
