SUP Yoga class on Lake 32, Cotswold Water Park

SUP Yoga in the Cotswolds

Stand-up paddle board (SUP) Yoga combines mindful movement with the natural flow of the lake. It’s yoga that invites balance, freedom and fun, as much about laughter and letting go as it is about strength and focus.

I run SUP Yoga classes at Lake 32 in the Cotswold Water Park, a beautiful setting just outside Cirencester. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, sessions are welcoming, inclusive and designed so everyone can enjoy the experience.

What to Expect

  • A gentle paddle out onto the lovely quiet clear waters of the lake

  • Boards anchored together so we float as a group

  • A sequence of simple yoga postures adapted to the water

  • Time to lie back in savasana, watching the sky as you float

Falling in is always part of the fun and often the moment that brings the biggest smile.

Who It’s For

  • Absolute beginners to yoga or paddleboarding

  • Anyone looking for a new way to connect with nature

  • Friends, families or small groups who want to try something different

  • People seeking calm, playfulness and persepctive

  • A great choice for groups - hen, stag, birthday parties!

Equipment

Boards, paddles and buoyancy aids can all be provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Just bring quick drying sports gear, a towel and a sense of adventure.
