While I’m happiest when outdoors, I also teach yoga indoors, offering personalised 1:1 sessions that meet you exactly where you are.
With over a decade of teaching experience, and at 54 myself, I understand how yoga practise changes as we move through different stages of life. My focus is on creating supportive, sustainable movement that helps build strength, mobility and calm, without the pressure to ‘perform’ or push beyond what feels right.
